Subtopics of diversity

Among one of the argument in workplace diversity is the lack of theoretical grounding in the subject matter. Bjorkman (2012) argues that workplace diversity can be grounded in institutional theory, especially for discussion of Multinational Corporations (MNCs) Human Resource (HR) practices. However, in his review of the discussion of Institutional theory, to explain MNCs HR practices, lacks the empirical support need to make a strong argument. Further discussion of empirical evidence is needed to argue the rationalization for introducing institutional theory to support workplace diversity.
